Roles and Responsibilities (Actual KRAs will be provided while joining)

• Oversee and supervise the purchase department
• Vendor/ supplier selection and maintain key working relationships for raw materials, supplies and capital equipment
• Execute purchase strategies
• Negotiate with strategic suppliers/ vendors for optimal terms
• Create and/or forward Purchase Orders to directors for approval
• Work with vendors to maintain and/ or improve services
• Ensuring quality of procured material is as per the company specifications and address the problems faced
• Assess, manage, and mitigate risks; perform cost and scenario analysis; identify cost saving opportunities.
• Review standard pricing updates.
• Stocks Reconciliation

Experience: 2 to 4 years

• Compile and conduct safety programs.
• Practise safe working techniques.
• Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
• Establish a cordial and professional relationship with employees.
• Maintain compliance of all safety regulations.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to share best practice techniques.
• Standardize health and safety in order to remain consistent.
• Indentify hazardous waste and dispose of it correctly.
• Promote safety initiatives.
• Compile and maintain relevant registers to ensure compliance.
• Regularly inspect the equipment used.
